Officials indicated that a 69-year-old was arrested at a dwelling in Hampshire's Andover, while a 54-year-old was arrested in Slough in association with the massive heap of garbage tipped near the area of Kidlington. These detentions follow a previous revelation which revealed the presence of more than 500 unauthorized tips throughout England, featuring at minimum 11 so-called "major sites" greater than 20,000 metric tons.
